GORA....... I noticed everyone here is very kawaii.
so I apped someone who is not. UM okay, this is Yotsuya from a manga with a terribly long name about horror stories. he is this weird dude who watches children from his rooftop hideout and really likes horror stories!!

but you know other than the insatiable desire to hear everyone scream in terror, he's an okay guy.....! just know that he will be lurking creepily around, watching everyone and waiting for something to make a Great Horror Story out of, because he doesn't have any other hobbies. (if you would like the shit scared out of your character he will do it)
he also is probably going to do this ridiculous thing where he attempts to turn himself into a Spooky Rumor (it's.....habitual), most likely by never showing his face to anyone and pretending he's someone else if he does. so there's that.
and he's a Fighter. please take care of him.......
