*new* mod announcement

Hi guys! This is your new 3rd mod here, Sigrunic! (Also known as hicsuntdracones/that person who plays William Twining and Kazuki Naruse). I'm here to basically help shoulder some of the burden KP and Al have been feeling, and hopefully we can start getting stuff really under way soon!
